I’m Pajar Lee. For the better part of a decade I’ve designed mobile and web products for teams that care about the difference between shipping features and answering questions.

My work usually starts in the field — ride-alongs, bedtime tests, support-ticket archaeology — because the honest problems rarely show up in a conference room. From there I move fast between sketches, prototypes, and working code, and I stay through launch to see whether the numbers agree with the design.

Away from the screen I’m usually planning a hike, tending an unreasonable number of house plants, or losing gracefully at board games.
